Collins Aerospace use coreDS™ X-Plane Pro to push AFSIM PDUs into X-Plane. By leveraging the easy-to-use object mapping interface, Collins Aerospace was able to bring all objects, with a custom graphical 3d representation, inside the X-Plane 3D scene. By using the LUA Scripting Interface, custom behaviours were implemented to handle non-standard information exchanged via CommentPDUs.
